REFUND POLICY
1. both buyer and seller understand that shippings costs
can not be recovered by either party.
2. buyer will be charged 18% re-stock fee on returns.
3. buyer will pay shipping charges to return merchandise.
4. returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
5. exchanges can be arranged within 30 days by contacting customer service.
6. buyer will not be charged fees to return shipping damaged merchandise.
7. seller must be notified within 2 days if ups/fedex shipping damages occur.
8. damages by home/office truck freight delivery must be refused immediately.
